This Cookie Policy describes how EngageForge Pte. Ltd. ("EngageForge", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://engageforge.life (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
Understanding cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you visit a website. They help sites function efficiently, remember preferences, and provide usage information to site operators. Cookie inventory by category
EngageForge classifies technologies used on engageforge.life into four categories. The inventory below describes each category, its purpose, and whether consent is required.
Category A — Strictly necessary (essential)
Purpose: Required for core Site operation. Includes storing your cookie consent decision so the banner does not display repeatedly, maintaining basic security context, and enabling form submission integrity.
Technologies: Local storage key associated with our consent manager (ef_cookie_consent); session identifiers where required by hosting infrastructure.
Duration: Consent preference — up to six months; session cookies — until browser close.
Consent required: No. These technologies are necessary for the Site to function and are not used for profiling or advertising.
Category B — Functional
Purpose: Remember choices that improve your experience, such as navigation state during a single session. EngageForge currently minimises functional cookies and relies primarily on essential storage.
Technologies: None actively deployed beyond Category A at the time of this policy review. If functional cookies are introduced, this inventory will be updated.
Duration: Not applicable while no additional functional cookies are deployed.
Consent required: Would apply if non-essential functional cookies are introduced in future updates.
Category C — Analytics and performance
Purpose: Help us understand how visitors use engageforge.life — which pages are viewed, how long sessions last, referral sources, and device types — so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics data is aggregated where practicable and not used to identify individual visitors for marketing profiling.
Technologies: Analytics cookies or tags activated only when you choose "Accept all" or enable analytics in the customise panel. Specific provider names and cookie identifiers will be listed here if third-party analytics are deployed.
Duration: Typically up to thirteen months for persistent analytics cookies, depending on provider settings.
Consent required: Yes. Analytics cookies are not placed unless you opt in through the cookie banner.
Category D — Marketing and third-party
Purpose: Track visitors across websites for advertising or retargeting purposes.
Technologies: EngageForge does not deploy Category D marketing or retargeting cookies on engageforge.life at the time of this policy review.
Duration: Not applicable.
Consent required: Would apply before any Category D technology is deployed. This policy will be updated in advance of such deployment.
Third-party cookies and embedded content
engageforge.life may link to external websites such as social platforms, video hosts, or partner tools. Those third parties may set their own cookies when you visit their properties. EngageForge does not control third-party cookies and encourages you to review the cookie policies of any external sites you visit from links on our Site.
We do not embed third-party advertising networks or social widgets that set tracking cookies on engageforge.life without updating this policy and, where required, obtaining consent through our banner.
Relationship to the PDPA
Where cookies or local storage collect personal data — such as IP addresses combined with unique identifiers — that collection is subject to the PDPA. We obtain consent for non-essential cookies through the banner mechanism described above. Essential cookies that store consent preferences themselves are necessary to honour your choices and typically do not require separate consent.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change technologies used on engageforge.life, add new cookie categories, or respond to regulatory guidance.
