Is EngageForge a wellness, life coaching, or dating platform?

No. EngageForge Pte. Ltd. is a commercial marketing agency specialising in audience engagement, community programme design, and social activation for brands operating in Singapore. We help organisations build retention loops across social channels, moderated communities, email lifecycle flows, and live activations. We do not provide wellness coaching, personal life coaching, dating services, relationship counselling, or mental health support. The domain engageforge.life uses the .life top-level domain as a brand identity for our engagement studio — it is not a wellness platform or lifestyle transformation programme. If you arrived here searching for personal coaching or matchmaking services, you will need a different kind of provider entirely.

What engagement tracks does EngageForge offer?

We organise our work into three engagement tracks: Community Growth (moderated communities, onboarding rituals, moderation playbooks), Social Activation (creator collaborations, livestreams, event marketing), and Lifecycle Engagement (email nurture, CRM triggers, analytics reviews). Each track maps to structured programmes and flexible services that can run independently or combine into a phased roadmap. A community audit helps identify which track fits your current maturity before you commit to a full programme.

How are programmes priced?

All EngageForge programmes and services are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD). Programme fees start from SGD 6,200 for analytics foundations and scale based on duration, scope, and channel complexity. Fees exclude GST unless stated in your service agreement, and exclude third-party costs such as creator fees, media spend, platform subscriptions, and venue hire. We provide written quotes after an initial briefing — contact us with your engagement objectives and timeline.

Do you guarantee follower growth or viral reach?

No. EngageForge does not promise guaranteed ROI, lead totals, follower spikes, viral reach, or revenue outcomes. Sample metrics in our case notes are indicative snapshots from past engagements — not commitments or forecasts. Engagement performance hinges on category dynamics, spend levels, product-market fit, and client-side follow-through. Social and advertising platforms revise policies frequently; sustained engagement work demands ongoing tuning and experienced oversight rather than one-time campaign delivery.

EngageForge operates from Ascent, 2 Science Park Drive, #01-08, Singapore 118222. Our studio lounge hosts forge sessions, creator briefings, and client workshops. What is a community audit?

A community audit is a scoped two-week diagnostic reviewing your existing social channels, moderated communities, email flows, and event history. We deliver a written report with engagement maturity scoring, priority recommendations, and a suggested roadmap across our three engagement tracks. It is the recommended starting point for brands unsure which programme fits their current needs. Audit fees start from SGD 2,400 and can be credited toward a subsequent programme engagement when scope aligns.

Can you manage our social accounts day-to-day?

EngageForge focuses on programme design, playbooks, and strategic oversight rather than indefinite daily posting on client behalf. Our Social Media Engagement Programme establishes content rhythms, comment frameworks, and editorial calendars your internal team or designated agency executes. We can recommend production partners for ongoing content creation and offer analytics review retainers for fortnightly or monthly tuning sessions when programmes are active.

How do you handle personal data from enquiries?

Information submitted through our contact form is used to respond to your enquiry in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
